Island Legacy Construction Ltd.

Established in 2010 Island Legacy is a small but growing company based on Pender Island.  Constructing custom homes  and projects with the  skills and qualifications of  red seal carpenters,  certified apprentices and training in architectural technology.  We  are also proud to be building with this experience on Pender Island for over 20 years.  

Building Custom quality homes, Cottages and small projects to suit our customer's needs.

As a local family owned business, we are dedicated to servining the islands with quality craftmanship and professional service.

We are also fully insured, our staff is covered under WCB and our  Homes are built with new Home Warranty standards.
